Enter Air orders three Boeing 737 Max 8s
Good news for Boeing: After a long time, an order has been received for the US aircraft manufacturer's crisis aircraft. The Polish charter airline Enter Air wants to have two Boeing 737 MAX 8s delivered. An option for two more aircraft has already been negotiated, Boeing announced. "Despite the current crisis, it is important to think about the future. For this reason, we have agreed to order additional 737-8 aircraft. Given the strict controls to which the 737 MAX is subjected, I am convinced that it will be the best aircraft in the world in the coming years," said Grzegorz Polaniecki, General Director and Board Member of Enter Air, which operates an all-Boeing 737 fleet. In addition, an agreement was reached on other issues. The Polish carrier suffered financial losses due to the 737 Max flight ban. These are now to be compensated by the aircraft manufacturer. However, it is unclear in what form this will take place and concrete details will not be made available to the public.
