Vistara postpones frequency increases in Frankfurt and Paris
The Indian airline Vistara is postponing the frequency increases on the routes from Delhi to Frankfurt am Main and Paris, originally announced for October 30, 2022, by around a week. The carrier plans to double the number of weekly rotations between Delhi and Frankfurt from three to six in the 2022/23 winter flight schedule. The plan was actually to take this step with effect from October 30, 2022. For reasons not explained in detail, it has been decided that the frequency increase will not take place until November 7, 2022. The airline plans to fly daily, except on Wednesday, with Boeing 787-9s. The route to Paris-Charles de Gaulle is also affected by a delay. This should be increased from the current two weekly rotations to five rotations as of October 30, 2022. Here, too, Vistara is postponing the flight to November 7, 2022 for unspecified reasons. This route is scheduled to be served with Boeing 787-9 on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
