2023: Swiss hands over A320 aircraft to Edelweiss

Edelweiss takes over an Airbus A320 from sister company Swiss. The aircraft will be deployed from spring 2023.

Edelweiss is adding another Airbus A320 aircraft to its fleet. The aircraft will be taken over by the Swiss sister company and will be used from April 2023 for short and medium-haul flights from Zurich. The airline announced this in a broadcast. With the additional Airbus A320, the Swiss carrier will operate a fleet of 18 aircraft from Zurich next year (13 Airbus A320 and 5 Airbus A340).
