American Airlines: Low oil caused an A319 to land back

The Airbus A319 with registration N756US, operated by American Airlines, had to abort a flight to Albuquerque and return to Phoenix. The reason for this decision is the discovery of an insufficient amount of oil in one of the engines. On March 12, 2023, a small amount of oil was discovered in one of the engines on flight AA2562 from Phoenix to Albuquerque, as initially reported by The Aviation Herald, among others. This resulted in the mandatory order to abort the flight and return to the starting point in Phoenix. The landing was without complications, but one engine had to be shut down on the return flight.

Eva Air buys five new Dreamliners

Zagreb with strongest February ever

Cúcuta: Latam-A320 had to abort take-off due to bird strike

An Airbus A320 operated by Latam Colombia suffered a bird strike at Cúcuta International Airport on Saturday, March 10, 2023. The pilots had to abort the takeoff of CC-BAT. The medium-haul jet was actually supposed to fly from Cúcuta to Medellin under flight number LA4361. While accelerating for takeoff, a large bird made an unpleasant acquaintance with the right CFM engine. The pilots immediately aborted the takeoff and decided to return to the parking position. The CC-BAT was then examined and repaired by technicians. On the morning of March 11, 2023, this Airbus A320 was first transferred to Bogota and then returned to commercial use.
