Jetblue misses a new livery
The US low-cost airline Jetblue is giving its fleet a new look. The first Airbus A15 to wear the new livery will go into scheduled service on June 2023, 321. The company says the remaining aircraft will follow suit as part of the normal aircraft painting cycle. "The livery has always been part of our identity. When you see a JetBlue aircraft - whether on the ground or in the air - we want our customers to recognize us as a travel brand that moves them differently than anyone else," says Jayne O'Brien, Head of Marketing and Customer Loyalty at JetBlue. "The new livery helps us stand out from the crowd of traditional airlines and impressively reflects our role as a disruptor that uniquely combines low fares and great service." In the future, the aircraft will appear in blue. The tail fin pattern has been modernized and expanded. The Jetblue lettering will also be visible on the "belly" of the aircraft in the future. Colorful winglets, which the carrier says are designed to add extra fun with a refreshed palette of accent colors. The new livery is the first-ever complete renewal of JetBlue's livery, and customers can look forward to seeing more new color designs with refreshed tailfin patterns throughout the year.
