The mood in the travel and airline industry is increasingly optimistic. The easing of many travel restrictions will lead to the resumption of scheduled flights to Düsseldorf and Stuttgart next Monday.

Initially there will be three trips to Düsseldorf and five times a week to Stuttgart. In the summer timetable, which starts at the end of March, a gradual increase to eleven flights per week is planned. Airbus 319 and Airbus 220-300 are used. “Now that travel is becoming easier again and the infection curve is foreseeable flattening out, we are seeing a significant increase in demand for business trips. Many important partner companies for the export-oriented Styrian industry and economy are based in the economic centers of Stuttgart and Düsseldorf. In addition, the direct flights for holiday guests from the two German federal states offer an attractive travel option to Graz and the green heart of Austria,” informs Wolfgang Grimus, Managing Director of Graz Airport.
