Air France opens pop-up restaurant on the roof of Galeries Lafayette in Paris

Air France will open a pop-up restaurant on the roof of Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann from June 25 to August 20, 2025. Guests can enjoy long-haul business meals "as if on board" while enjoying panoramic views of Paris. The dishes and desserts were specially created by three-Michelin-starred chef Régis Marcon and renowned pastry chef Nina Métayer.

Following the success of its first pop-up restaurant at the Palais de Tokyo during the 2024 Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games, Air France has chosen the eighth floor of the Galeries Lafayette department store as its location this year. The restaurant features a bespoke decor in the airline's colors: navy blue, white, and a touch of red. With XNUMX covers and two lunch services, it is designed to create an intimate, cozy atmosphere similar to airport lounges. An outdoor lounge and sun loungers complete the ambiance, offering sweeping views of Paris, from the Eiffel Tower to Montmartre.

The menu features French-inspired dishes prepared by Servair, a leading airline catering company. The menu, which includes an appetizer, starter, main course, a cheese selection, and dessert, is served on special tableware designed by Jean-Marie Massaud and reflects the airline's business menu. Chef Régis Marcon offers dishes with meat, poultry, fish, and vegetarian options, inspired by nature and his home region of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. Nina Métayer, named the world's best pastry chef in 2023, contributes the desserts. The wine and champagne list was compiled by Air France's head sommelier Xavier Thuizat. The restaurant is open daily (except Tuesdays) from 11:30 a.m. to 15:30 p.m.; reservations are required. A lunch menu costs €93, including drinks.
