Air France in collaboration with the renowned head bartender Matthias Giroud created a new collection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, available exclusively in the La Première cabin This initiative underscores the French airline's commitment to presenting the highest bartending skills and French expertise to its global customers and further refining the travel experience in its First Class.

Matthias Giroud drew inspiration for this unique collection from Air France's core values: elegance, enjoyment, and respect. The cocktails are crafted with French ingredients and are designed to offer authentic flavors that blend tradition and modernity, delighting even the most discerning palates. Giroud has created three signature cocktails: " Belle Époque ," a bittersweet, alcoholic twist on the Negroni; " Parfum de France ," a sweet and fruity low-alcohol cocktail with wine and raspberry flavors; and " L'Éveil ," a sparkling and spicy non-alcoholic cocktail with cranberry, mint, and ginger. Each cocktail is served on board in an exclusively designed glass.

This new cocktail collection complements the already high-class culinary offerings on board La Première. The menu is the work of three-Michelin-starred chef Arnaud Lallement and world-renowned pastry chef Angelo Musa . The selection of French wines, champagnes, beers, and spirits is curated by Xavier Thuizat , Air France's head sommelier and Meilleur Sommelier de France 2022. Matthias Giroud, known as " L'Alchimiste " for his creative talent and work with simple ingredients, founded the L'Alchimiste Group in 2019 to usher in a new era of liquid gastronomy.

Reflecting French elegance and art de vivre, the La Première cabin is currently available on flights from Paris-Charles de Gaulle to Abidjan, Dubai, Los Angeles, Miami, New York-JFK, San Francisco, São Paulo, Singapore, Tokyo-Haneda, and Washington, D.C. Air France continues to invest in the highest level of service for its La Première guests, from a seamless and private airport experience upon arrival at Paris-Charles de Gaulle to the new private suites being phased in on select Boeing 777-300 aircraft. Each suite features a unique design with a seat and a chaise longue that converts into a two-meter-long bed, offering complete privacy.
