The calendar year 2023 was quite successful for the Brazilian aircraft manufacturer Embraer, as it was able to deliver 181 aircraft. This means an increase of 13 percent compared to the previous period.

The order backlog is currently reported at $18,7 billion and increased by $2023 billion in 1,2. This is doing quite well, as the Brazilian manufacturer was last able to achieve such a value in 2018. However, the company expects that there will also be bottlenecks in the supply chain this year.

In the commercial aircraft sector, Embraer was able to hand over a total of 2023 aircraft, mostly from the E64 series, to customers in 2. This is an increase of 12 percent compared to the previous period, as there were 2022 commercial aircraft in 57. The remaining deliveries were made by the Executive Aviation division.
