In the 2024 winter season, Brussels Airport will offer travellers a total of 142 direct flight destinations. In addition to traditional destinations such as New York, Dubai and Porto, three new destinations will be available from this winter: Bangkok (Thailand), Curaçao (Caribbean) and Tromsø (Norway). These will be served by Thai Airways, TUI fly and Norwegian Airlines. The airport is also preparing for the autumn holidays and expects up to 79.000 passengers on the busiest days.
This winter, passengers can fly to classic sunny destinations in the Caribbean and Africa as well as to winter sports regions such as Innsbruck, Salzburg and Kittilä. The introduction of new airlines and routes, such as to Amman or Jeddah, underlines the growing importance of the airport as an international hub.
In addition, more than 1,2 million passengers are expected during the autumn holidays. The airport advises allowing enough time for arrival and security checks, especially for flights outside the Schengen area.
