At the beginning of the month, the EU member Bulgaria changed the entry regulations to the 3G certificate. So far, people who have been vaccinated and those who have recovered have also been required to have a negative PCR result.
In order to be able to enter Bulgaria without quarantine, one must now be vaccinated, recovered or tested. Towards the beginning of the year, the EU member introduced the so-called 2G Plus rule due to the Omikron variant. This has now been replaced by 3G.
People who cannot provide proof must go into a ten-day quarantine. In this case, a corona test must be carried out in Bulgaria. Within the country, the mask requirement has largely been lifted. In public transport and hospitals, this is only recommended, but there is no longer a requirement.
