The freight forwarder Kühne+Nagel and Emirates SkyCargo are further expanding their existing cooperation. A so-called host-to-host connection is intended to significantly simplify the booking processes.

Emirates offers the forwarding agent's agents access to the airline's flight schedules, tariffs and available capacities in real time. The connection was initially launched in Switzerland and Austria and will be available to users in select countries in Europe, North and South America, Africa, Asia and Oceania by the end of the year.

“This partnership is evidence of our long-standing digitalization strategy, which aims to further improve the customer experience, optimize processes and increase efficiency. By creating direct paths for customers like Kuehne+Nagel to connect with Emirates SkyCargo, we can streamline the booking process and strengthen our relationships across the logistics ecosystem,” said Nabil Sultan, Divisional Senior Vice President, Emirates SkyCargo.
