Print Friendly, PDF & Email

On the first Advent, a festively decorated Christmas tree welcomes passengers and visitors at Munich Airport.

The 15-meter-high fir tree, which again comes from Unterreit in the Mühldorf district, stands on the central avenue. The tree is decorated with 115 strings of lights with a total length of 2.500 meters, which contain 2.300 LED bulbs. The lighting is controlled by a twilight switch to ensure efficient operation.
