Freebird Airlines is now offering a new flight connection from Cologne/Bonn Airport to Bodrum in Turkey. The first flight took off last Saturday. The airline will operate the route twice a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays, until September 14th. The connection will then continue once a week, every Saturday, until mid-October.

“The new connection from Freebird Airlines to Bodrum is a very nice addition to our flight schedule,” said Thilo Schmid, CEO of Flughafen Köln/Bonn GmbH. Bodrum is considered a popular destination for beach vacationers due to its Mediterranean climate and its many beaches and bays. The city also has a lot to offer culturally, such as the mausoleum of Halicarnassus, a historic castle and an old town worth seeing. With numerous discos, clubs and bars, Bodrum is also very popular with night owls.

The flight time is around three and a half hours and an Airbus A320 is used. The flights can be booked on the airline's website. In addition to Bodrum, Freebird Airlines also flies to the Turkish holiday resort of Antalya from Cologne/Bonn.
