The holiday airline Corendon Airlines has opened the Corendon Football Center in Antalya, a new training and competition center for football teams. There are three natural grass pitches on an area of 42.000 square meters that meet the requirements of professional teams. Clubs from Germany, Austria and Switzerland can easily reach the center by direct flight, as Corendon Airlines flies to the region several times a week.
In addition to the playing fields, the training ground includes various practice areas, changing rooms and rooms for theoretical units. There are also facilities for medical care and regeneration. A special feature is the main playing field with floodlights, which also allows evening games. The proximity to Antalya International Airport and numerous hotels offers teams convenient connections.
Corendon Airlines sees the opening of the center as part of its investments in the sports and tourism sector. Company boss Yildiray Karaer emphasizes that the Football Center offers optimal conditions for professional and amateur teams. The center is intended to establish itself as a permanent point of contact for training camps and pre-season preparations and to attract both national and international teams.
