The Millstätter See – Bad Kleinkirchheim – Nockberge region is hosting the "Culinary Nights" from September 19 to October 11. Fifteen culinary teams and more than 15 businesses are participating in the event series.
The kitchen teams will serve themed five-course menus based on regional produce. Some of the dishes will be made with products bearing the AMA GENUSS REGION seal. The opening event, the "Culinary Journey," on September 19, is already fully booked.
In addition, a gourmet market takes place every Saturday in the Bad Kleinkirchheim spa gardens, where producers offer their specialties. The culinary autumn festival begins on September 20th in Millstatt and continues the following day at Lake Maltschach.
The region also offers hiking opportunities and two thermal baths in the fall. Furthermore, the cable cars in St. Oswald and on the Turracher Höhe remain open until the beginning of November.
