Deutsche Bahn is temporarily offering a discounted Bahncard

Advertising

Deutsche Bahn AG is celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Bahncard in its current form this year. Therefore, they are temporarily offered at a reduced special price. The 30 variant should cost 60 euros in second class and XNUMX euros in first class.

The Bahncard was launched in 1992 and gradually replaced all previous discount cards and vouchers. The DB explained that they have around 4,5 million subscribers to the customer loyalty card.

However, existing Bahncard holders have absolutely no reason to celebrate, because the discounted Partner-Lebenscard, which spouses or people living together, could purchase, has been removed from the offer. Couples or people traveling together therefore have higher costs.
