To meet high demand during peak season, Emirates will deploy a second Airbus A1 on the Dubai-Bali route between 26 September and 2024 October 380. This decision increases weekly seating capacity by over 2.600 seats and replaces the Boeing 777 previously used. Since the launch of the non-stop service to Bali in 2015, the route has proven to be extremely successful, which underlines the capacity expansion.
The additional A380 service will strengthen inbound traffic to Bali during one of the busiest times of the year and provide travellers from Indonesia with improved connectivity to Emirates' global network. The airline serves more than 144 destinations on six continents and, in addition to flights to Bali, also offers twice-daily connections to Jakarta and Vienna.
With the expansion, passengers will benefit from the A380's luxurious amenities, including spacious cabins, an exclusive onboard lounge and the award-winning in-flight entertainment system "ice" with over 6.500 channels of on-demand entertainment.
