The airline Emirates plans to hire around 5.000 new flight attendants worldwide. The recruitment campaign includes information days in over 80 countries, including Germany. Events will take place in Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, and Düsseldorf in September 2025.
The hiring spree is linked to the company's growth plans. The fleet is to be expanded in the coming years, including with additional Airbus A350 aircraft . With nine daily flights, Germany is Emirates ' most important continental European market.
The future employees will be based in Dubai. The job package includes a tax-free salary, free accommodation, and transportation. Applicants should, among other things, have skills in service management and security procedures.
The airline plans to operate a fleet of around 2030 aircraft by the early 350s, employing over 30.000 flight attendants.
