Emirates, the Official Global Airline Partner of the NBA, is celebrating the start of the 2024-25 NBA season with a striking new livery dedicated to the spirit of the marketing partnership between Emirates and the league. The specially designed NBA livery on the Airbus A380 will be visible across the airline's network from next week and features a blue gradient with the NBA logo and a basketball between the Emirates and NBA logos.

The repaint was completed entirely at the Emirates Engineering Aircraft Appearance Centre in a 24-day process. From November 1 to December 17, coinciding with the Emirates NBA Cup, passengers on flights to 14 destinations in the US and Canada will benefit from NBA-inspired products and services. This includes bespoke meals, special drink coasters and the ability to watch select NBA games on the inflight entertainment system.

Boutros Boutros, Executive Vice President of Emirates, stressed the importance of the partnership and the efforts to connect with basketball fans in the relevant markets. The Emirates NBA Cup begins on November 12 and includes several matches played in different phases.
