Effective April 6, 2022, Cuba is simplifying entry requirements. According to the tourism office, it is then no longer necessary to submit negative PCR results. The condition that only vaccinated persons are allowed to enter the country is also overturned.
At the beginning of this year, Cuba introduced the requirement that people who have been vaccinated also have to present a negative PCR test. In addition, travelers at the airports were asked to take random antigen rapid tests. According to the Cuban Tourist Office, these restrictions have been lifted.
However, an electronic entry form must still be filled out. Proof of sending this PLF must be presented at border control. Some airlines require this at the check-in counter or as part of electronic document controls.
