Ethiopian reactivates Bangui flights

Advertising

After a long break, Ethiopian Airlines will return to Bangui in the Central African Republic from November 15, 2023. For the time being, flights will be on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday.

Company boss Mesfin Tasew said: “We are pleased to add the Central African Republic to our extensive African and global network. With the new flights, our valued customers will be able to enjoy our renowned and award-winning services to and from Bangui. The flights will make an important contribution to strengthening socio-economic activities between Addis Ababa and Bangui and beyond. Now we not only connect Bangui to Addis Ababa, but have connected the Central African Republic (CAR) to our more than 130 international destinations across five continents. With this travel option, Bangui gets a great opportunity to expand its bilateral relations with the rest of the world. As a true pan-African airline, Ethiopian will continue to expand its flights in Africa.”

Ethiopian Airlines is familiar with the Central African Republic market, having previously served the route between 2010 and 2015.
