For a few days now, Eurowings has been flying twice a week from Cologne/Bonn to Chişinău, the capital of Moldova. From July, three more summer destinations will be added to the program: Samsun and Kayseri in Turkey and Fes in Morocco. These new connections offer a variety of options for vacationers and travelers who want to visit family and friends.

Thilo Schmid, CEO of Flughafen Köln/Bonn GmbH, was pleased about the expansion of the flight offering: “With Chişinău we are adding a city in Eastern Europe that is worth seeing and that we have not previously had in our flight schedule. Additional destinations in Turkey and Morocco are available for both leisure travelers and passengers visiting family and friends.”

Chişinău impresses with its green surroundings and cultural attractions such as the National Theater and the Triumphal Arch. Samsun, located on the Black Sea, offers historical sites and museums as well as the popular Atakum Beach. Kayseri in Cappadocia is known for its culinary specialties and historical buildings. Fez, one of Morocco's imperial cities, impresses with its medina, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
