In the 2024 summer flight schedule, Gulf Air will also head to Mykonos, Rhodes and Geneva from Bahrain. These destinations are offered as so-called direct flights, i.e. with stopovers.

From June 1 to September 28, 2024, Gulf Air will fly twice weekly from Bahrain to Rhodes via Mykonos. Then it's non-stop back to the Gulf state. This route will be served by Airbus A320neo.

The destination Milan-Malpensa will be served from Bahrain six times a week from July 4, 2024 with a stopover in Rome-Fiumicino. In addition, so-called direct flights to Geneva will be offered from June 4, 2024 until September 27, 2024. These make a stopover in Milan-Malpensa in the direction of the Swiss airport. Both routes are to be served by Airbus A321LR. The non-stop connection between Bahrain and Manchester will be increased to five rounds per week from July 5, 2024. These are to be served with Boeing 787-9s.
