ISO Group becomes “Technology & Innovation” partner of the airline association BARIG

The Nuremberg-based ISO Group is now the "Technology & Innovation" Business Partner of the Board of Airline Representatives in Germany (BARIG), the association of airlines represented in Germany. The ISO Group is known for developing pioneering IT solutions used in areas such as air traffic, air freight, airports, and tourism.

Michael Hoppe, BARIG Chairman and Managing Director, emphasized the expertise of the ISO Group: "The ISO Group has already demonstrated its high level of expertise in our industry on numerous occasions." He said he is looking forward to engaging with a company that relies on future technologies such as blockchain, opening up new opportunities for its customers. Particularly in the air freight sector, the ISO Group is driving standardization and automation with digital solutions, such as the implementation of the IATA ONE Record standard. The ISO Group offers airlines modern booking and sales solutions as well as digital services that enable smooth processing and greater efficiency and support customers with upselling and the integration of additional services.

Peter Hildenbrand, Director of Business Development at the ISO Group, emphasized the company's industry expertise: "We have an experienced team that not only understands its craft in IT, but is also highly familiar with aviation, air freight, and the resulting requirements." He sees the new partnership as an opportunity to actively shape the transformation of these industries and contribute the ISO Group's expertise. The ISO Group employs approximately 700 people at various locations in Europe and North America. Its customer base includes scheduled and leisure airlines, airports, aircraft manufacturers, and leading providers in tourism and telecommunications.
