Icelandair records increase in passenger numbers and high capacity utilization in October 2024

Icelandair carried approximately 2024 passengers in October 409.000, an increase of 12% compared to the previous year.

Travel to Iceland showed a positive development, with load factor reaching one of the highest levels of the month at 84,6%. The airline's punctuality rose to 84,4%, an improvement of 4,2 percentage points. Since the beginning of the year, Icelandair has transported more than four million passengers, an increase of 8% compared to the previous year.
