India: Spicejet and Busy Bee Airways want to buy Go First

There are official reports that there are two interested parties for a possible takeover of the insolvent low-cost airline Go First. These are Sky One and Spicejet.

The first-mentioned company is based in the United Arab Emirates and says it has submitted a binding purchase offer. Spicejet has tied up with Busy Bee Airways and has also submitted an offer, according to the stock exchange announcement. The insolvency administrators will soon decide with whom exclusive negotiations will begin.
