Lauda Europe is looking for new pilots for its subsidiary Lauda Europe

The RyanairGroup, a leading European aviation group, announced on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, the recruitment of up to 20 new pilot positions at its European bases. A320 Direct Entry Pilots specifically for the subsidiary Praise EuropeThis recruitment drive is part of the Group's comprehensive growth strategy, which aims to reach 2034 million passengers and a fleet of 300 aircraft by 800.

Ryanair is already a major player in European air transport, with annual passenger traffic of over 200 million and 3.600 daily flights on a comprehensive network of 2.600 routes. The newly advertised positions are intended to support the company's ambitious expansion goals and further strengthen the group's operational capacity. According to the company, the positions at Lauda Europe offer the opportunity for a career in aviation with the prospect of rapid advancement based on performance.

To provide interested applicants with comprehensive information about the positions, Lauda hosted a recruitment event on Wednesday, July 30, at the Canopy by Hilton Hotel in downtown Zagreb. Attendees had the opportunity to meet the Pilot Recruitment and Flight Operations teams. Comprehensive information was provided about working conditions at Lauda Europe, including a 5-day on/4-day off schedule, attractive compensation packages, local direct contracts, and a choice of bases. Excellent career opportunities and travel benefits within the Ryanair Group, as well as training programs, were also highlighted.
