Lufthansa is reorganizing its operational responsibilities to improve processes at the Frankfurt and Munich hubs.

From January 1, 2025, Jens Ritter, CEO of Lufthansa Airlines, will also take over operational management in Munich. Klaus Froese will be responsible for Frankfurt. The aim of the restructuring is to achieve more stable and punctual flight operations, especially during peak times. The changes are intended to improve cooperation between teams and partners and increase customer satisfaction.
