The holiday airline Marabu Airlines is apparently planning to change its current bases in Hamburg and Munich and wants to open new locations in Cologne/Bonn, Stuttgart and Nuremberg. This is reported by the Aerotelegraph portal, citing well-informed sources.

Marabu has already confirmed plans for winter 2024 to offer flights from southern Germany from Nuremberg and Stuttgart. Cologne will be added as a new base for the winter of 2024/2025. Despite these changes, flights from Hamburg are still scheduled for next winter. However, the airline left it open whether the base in Hamburg would be maintained in the long term, as the flight schedule for summer 2025 has not yet been finalized.

At the same time, Marabu's sister Condor will take over the flight program in Munich. A Condor spokeswoman confirmed that a plane will be stationed in Munich in the winter to serve Marabu's flights there.
