Norse capital increase with only moderate success

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

The low-cost airline Norse Atlantic Airways, which specializes in long-haul routes, has raised a further $6,64 million on the capital market. This falls well short of the target of $9,56 million.

It was a so-called private placement, which was aimed primarily at those shareholders who had already subscribed to a corresponding capital increase in the previous year. The response was below Norse Atlantic Airways' expectations. The changed values should be submitted to the commercial register court for registration on February 2, 2024.
