During the holiday season, around 480.000 pieces of baggage will be processed, with new technological aids such as exoskeletons making the baggage handlers' work easier.

Passengers are asked to follow important instructions to ensure a smooth journey. This includes observing the hand luggage regulations, particularly regarding prohibited items, rechargeable batteries, and power banks. These may only be carried in hand luggage up to a certain power limit. The airport also draws attention to the automatic parking monitoring system in the terminal driveway, where fees may apply even for short stays.
