The airline Oman Air assumes that it will be able to complete its planned entry into the Oneworld aviation alliance in the second half of 2024.

Some time ago it was announced that the carrier would join the alliance around Alaksa Airlines, American Airlines and British Airways. This will be member number 14 of the alliance, which recently celebrated its 25th anniversary. The Russian S7 Airlines is not included because its membership is suspended due to the war in Ukraine and the resulting sanctions against Russia.

Oman Air cannot yet give the exact date of joining, but all requirements will be met from June 30, 2024. The recording should then take place during the second half of 2024.
