In the 2024 financial year, Paderborn/Lippstadt Airport was able to successfully expand its partnerships with several airlines.

SunExpress achieved a market share of 185.000 percent with around 22 passengers, making it the largest airline at the location. Eurowings, Ryanair, Freebird Europe and Lufthansa also recorded over 100.000 passengers. Connections to Spain were particularly popular. The airport plans to further strengthen these partnerships in 2025, including a new Munich connection from June.
