With the start of the summer holidays in Baden-Württemberg, the Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden Airport (FKB) its biggest travel wave of the year. Overall, operators expect more than 14 passengers on 380.000 flights by the end of the holiday season on September 2.154, an increase of approximately 80.000 passengers compared to last year's record numbers.

Please also consider the current traffic situation and possible restrictions due to construction work. This recommendation applies especially during peak travel times, when the airport's capacity will be at its highest.
Baden-Airpark anticipates a new passenger record for the entire year of 2025. This is partly due to the already bookable 2025/2026 winter flight schedule , which includes an expansion of services. Starting October 28, Wizz Air will fly three times a week to the Moldovan capital, Chisinau . Furthermore, the Romanian city of Suceava will be served three times a week starting December 15. Ryanair will launch a new service to Bucharest-Baneasa on October 31 , operating twice weekly. All winter flights, including the additional flights for the autumn and Christmas holidays, are already available on the respective airlines' websites.
