With effect from January 1, 2024, bookings made via the Saber GDS system with Lufthansa Group airlines will be significantly more expensive.

For several years, Lufthansa and its subsidiaries have been charging a surcharge for tickets purchased via GDS systems, which are mainly used by travel agencies and corporate travel agencies. A sales announcement from the group of companies shows that when using Saber, effective January 1, 2024, you will no longer receive an extra 19,50 euros, but an extra 24,50 euros. The price of the other GDS systems should remain unchanged.
