Sacher launches new voucher system

The Sacher businesses have successfully introduced a new voucher system in collaboration with incert eTourismus. The special feature: The processing and handling takes place via a central system and enables cross-company redemption. This project marks an important step towards improving the customer experience and increasing sales of value and culinary vouchers for the Sacher hotels and cafés in Vienna, Salzburg, Seefeld as well as the locations in Graz, Parndorf and Trieste.

In detail, the project includes the implementation of a voucher portal system that links seven different businesses to optimize the sale and management of vouchers. A stand-alone voucher world in its own premium version was developed to offer guests a smooth and appealing purchasing experience. The Sacher voucher world enables guests to purchase vouchers, package vouchers and gift cards easily and conveniently online. In addition to the stand-alone version, a digital value query and mixed shipping for vouchers, gift cards and packaging was also implemented to offer guests the greatest possible flexibility.
