Since September 2024, Surinam Airways' connection between Paramaribo and Amsterdam has been operated with an Airbus A340-600 from the German wet-lease specialist USC. The aircraft type will be used until at least January 15, 2025.

Especially during the peak travel season from December 14, 2024 to January 15, 2025, four weekly flights are planned to meet the increasing demand. This partnership ensures that Surinam Airways can increase capacity on its popular international connections.
