Swiss International Air Lines and Helvetic Airways have extended their long-standing cooperation for a further five years.

As part of a so-called wet lease agreement, Helvetic will operate up to 15 modern Embraer aircraft on Swiss' European route network. This agreement enables Swiss to cover peak periods and fly to smaller destinations with more suitable aircraft sizes. The winter flight schedule will include up to nine aircraft, while up to 2025 aircraft will be in use in summer 15. Both companies emphasized the successful cooperation and the high quality standards.
