Due to recent tensions in the Middle East, Swiss airline has decided to cancel its flights between Zurich and Tel Aviv on 18 and 19 September 2024 (flight numbers LX252/253).

The safety of passengers and crew is the highest priority, the company said. In addition, the airspace over Israel and Iran will be avoided until at least September 19, 2024. Swiss is in close contact with the relevant authorities and will continue to monitor the situation. Affected passengers will be informed about rebookings or refunds.
