Swiss expands winter flight schedule with focus on Europe and North America

Advertising

Swiss will continue to offer an extensive route network from Zurich and Geneva in the 2025/2026 winter flight schedule, encompassing a total of 90 destinations. Numerous destinations from the summer will be retained and the offerings in selected regions will even be expanded. The airline announced this today.

Of particular note is the increase in flights from Zurich to Krakow, which will now be served nine times a week instead of the current seven. Other European cities such as Rome, Manchester, Porto, and Naples are also increasingly being featured in the winter flight schedule from Zurich. In addition, the destinations Cluj-Napoca and Košice, which were added in summer 2024, will each be served up to three times a week next winter. The US capital Washington, DC, which has been part of the route network since spring 2024, will remain in the program with five weekly flights from Zurich.

From Geneva, Swiss will focus on connections to Great Britain, Ireland, and Scandinavia this coming winter, particularly for winter sports travelers. Swiss will fly up to 39 times per week from Geneva to London, as well as directly to Dublin, Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Gothenburg. The 2025/2026 winter flight schedule is valid from October 26, 2025, to March 28, 2026, and includes 63 European and 23 intercontinental destinations from Zurich, as well as 20 short-haul and the long-haul destination of New York from Geneva.
