Swiss will not operate any flights between Zurich and Beirut until at least April 30, 2024. For security reasons, Iranian airspace should also be flown around until the end of the current calendar month.

“Swiss allows its passengers to rebook to a later travel date free of charge or receive a full refund of the ticket price when traveling to/from Beirut. The safety of passengers and crew is always our top priority. We are closely monitoring the situation in the Middle East. Our specialists evaluate all available information and exchange information with the responsible authorities in Switzerland and locally. “Based on this, we will decide whether to resume the currently suspended flights,” said the Swiss aviation company in a press release.
