In future, all passengers will be handled via gates A and C, as the airport announced. Air traffic has fallen drastically, so operating all terminals does not make sense. In the coming weeks, the largest airport in North Rhine-Westphalia is expecting a total of 100 to 150 take-offs and landings per day - on normal days there would be around 600 flight movements per day. It is still unclear whether and when all three terminals will be operational again.
