Wizz Air resumes flight connection from Dortmund to Craiova

From June 2, 2025, Wizz Air will again offer direct flights from Dortmund to Craiova. The route, which was originally scheduled to open in 2024, was temporarily suspended due to engine overhauls.

Three weekly connections (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays) will now lead to the Romanian city. Craiova, located in the border triangle with Serbia and Bulgaria, is known for historical architecture, parks such as the Nicolae Romanescu Park and a lively university culture.
