The Airbus A2020 aircraft from Etihad Airways have not been used in scheduled services since March 320. This will stay that way for a long time, because the model has been removed from the flight plans published for the next eleven months. This means that the unique first-class cabins will no longer be offered for the time being.

According to the company, it has not yet been decided whether Etihad Airways will ever use the superjumbos again in commercial scheduled services. The press office stated that they will initially rely on the twin-engine jets and, depending on demand, will decide whether to use the four-engine A380 again.

The portal "One mile at time”Writes that the likelihood that the ten superjumbos will have to leave the fleet for good is very high. Etihad has not yet made any official decisions, but the currently very weak demand is not leaving its mark on this golf carrier either.
