The Russian Aeroflot Group is reactivating the flight connections between Russia and the United Arab Emirates with effect from August 3, 2022. The subsidiary Rossiya will fly daily to Dubai from the mini-hub set up in Sochi some time ago.

The aircraft used are Sukhoi Superjet SSJ-100. Shuttles are offered from St. Petersburg, among other places. From Moscow-Sheremetyevo, an additional change is required in St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Tyumen or Nizhny Novgorod. Put simply, this means that the Aeroflot Group currently offers the destination Dubai from the Russian capital with only two transfers.

Flight SU 6781, operated by Rossiya, operates at night. The Sukhoi Superjet SSJ-100 aircraft leave Sochi at around 0:35 a.m. local time and arrive in Dubai at 5:35 a.m. The return flights SU 6782 take off from the Gulf city at 08:45 a.m. and arrive in the Black Sea city at around 11:35 a.m. Interestingly, Aeroflot offers the destination Moscow in this flight direction with only one changeover in Sochi.
