Adria Airways has been on the ground for some time, broke and the local prosecutor has been investigating since then. However, the frozen AOC is still in place and was only recently extended by the Slovenian Civil Aviation Authority. It was sold to Air Adriatic in January 45.000 for 2020 euros.

Behind this company is the businessman Izet Rastoder, who acquired it from the bankruptcy estate. If a number of conditions are not met, it will be definitively canceled on September 30, 2020. That was the original announcement by the authority, but due to the corona pandemic, Air Adriatic is now being granted an extension, reports Ex-Yu Aviation.

The company now has until March 31, 2021 to meet the requirements. In addition to proof of capital, these also include aircraft. It therefore remains to be seen how the matter develops.
