For flights up to March 28.03.2021, XNUMX, travelers can now request a voucher equal to the value of the originally purchased ticket.

This can be redeemed for any future flight within the next 18 months. The offer can be accepted by all customers whose flight has not been canceled but would like to voluntarily withdraw from their trip due to the applicable travel restrictions. In addition, passengers can change existing bookings up to the same date without rebooking fees and tariff difference on any available flight to the same destination (latest travel date October 31.10.2021, 10). "In the event of a cancellation by the airline due to the travel restrictions mentioned above, passengers have the option at any time to request a credit note equal to the value of the ticket purchased (plus XNUMX percent) or a refund of the full amount," admits the airline.
