The golf carriers Emirates and Etihad continue to rely on AeroGround Flughafen München GmbH.

The two Arab airlines have extended their contracts with the subsidiary of Flughafen München GmbH (FMG), which specializes in aircraft handling, for several years. The airlines have been customers of FMG since they started their flight connections to Munich more than 15 years ago. "Since then, Emirates and Etihad have been using services such as aircraft, baggage and cargo handling, the supply of fresh water and the disposal of wastewater as well as the transport of passengers or crews on the apron," the broadcast said. Emirates currently connects Munich and Dubai five times a week with a Boeing 777. Etihad currently flies four times a week to Abu Dhabi using Boeing 787 aircraft.
