The low-cost airline Air Asia Indonesia has to cease flight operations again. This does not apply to cargo flights or charter, which are carried out as part of repatriations for the government. The background to the measure is that the coronovirus has spread strongly again in Indonesia.
Air Asia Indonesia says it will not operate the scheduled routes between July 6 and August 6, 2021. However, the company wants to avoid ticket refunds whenever possible and is initially offering travelers vouchers or rebooking until October 31, 2021. If you do not want that, you have to apply for a refund via the Air Asia website.
